Today in this crazy, up and down journey to get healthy I reached the -130lb mark. Yes, you read that right, I’ve lost 130 pounds. Some days I can’t even believe that I lost 25lbs let alone now 130lbs, but here I am.
This past week I’ve had a few health issues and it has reminded me again why I began the journey to get healthy. It’s made focus again on my diet and remind myself that losing weight wasn’t just all about a number, but about feeling strong and healthy. And that just little over a year ago I hated exercise and now when I’m told to hold off for a bit I miss it and can’t wait to start up my routine again.
